本文对生产过程中影响涤纶短纤强伸性能的各因素进行了较全面的分析,并对仪征化纤股份有限公司生产线的主要工艺进行了简单的介绍,重点对比分析了有光缝纫线型产品与半消光棉型产品在工艺、过程、质量等各方面的差别,通过使用流变仪、DSC 热分析仪、XQ-1 强伸仪等多种仪嚣,对产品各过程的性能进行了分析研究,从中找出优化有光缝纫线型涤纶短纤强伸的瓶颈。
